Michael Fahres is a composer of new music living in Utrecht, The Netherlands. He has won awards for his electro-acoustic soundscapes, as well as his Dutch radio and television productions. He has been director of the CEM electronic studio, director of the "European Minimal Music Project," and festival programmer for "Soundscapes be(for)e 2000," among other international music events.
