La artista realizará, junto  a Sara Kaur la obra Hourglass, que consiste en un intercambio cultural entre artistas mexicanos y australianos que exploran visiones contrastantes sobre el paso del tiempo entre hemisferios y formas artísticas de manera inmersiva, innovadora y poética.

Nicole Canham - clarinet/tarogato Australia“polish, vivacity and élan” Libretto“capable of turning musical chairs into a serious cultural event” CityNewsNicole Canham is a performing artist and artistic director whose work explores the understanding and interpretation of music and the place the arts hold in people’s lives.  She completed her undergraduate training at the Australian National University, and obtained her Prix de Perfectionnement in the class of Philippe Cuper at the CNR de Versailles, France.  Nicole works in mainstream classical performance, specialising in chamber music and also collaborates with a range of artists from outside the world of music – theatre, film, photography, visual art and dance – exploring connections between artists and audiences.  She has performed at festivals around Australia, in national broadcasts for ABC Classic FM and overseas in France, Germany, the UK and Belgium.  Most recently, as a Churchill Fellowship recipient, Nicole undertook a 5-month international research project travelling throughout Europe, the USA, Canada and Mexico.  Her discography includes recordings for The Anthology of Australian Music and Tall Poppies.  Nicole has been a Move Records artist since 2005.
